The bedroom was hot and did not cool down complelely the first night of our stay. We had to drop the thermostat the to low 70's to keep the bedroom somewhat cool. The unit need some wall repair work around the washer/dryer and paint.
The dryer did not heat. Not sure if this problem might have been operator error. Palm Island Resort is a unique property. The best combination of beach and number of people I have ever found. We will return! Thank You

This was our first time at Palm Island Resort. We found the people in the office to be very accommodating...we had a couple little problems and they were taken care of immediately with a really good attitude and response. The unit we were in was very clean but not updated (the furniture was old). We felt that the property was also very well maintained and clean. The ONLY big disappointment was the sheets! They looked like they were homemade...very old and tired! They were limp....... actually "pilled" from too much wear and not even ironed! I requested another set and they were exactly the same! I would love to see you invest in new sheets for the units! Having a good night's sleep on quality sheets would be a treat!

This is a true paradise and we found the staff extremely helpful and our accomadions were perfect. Our condo was immaculate and our location was perfect for biking, tennis, walking the beach and having dinner at Rum Bay.

We had, as usual, a wonderful stay on Palm Island. The only glitch was when the air-conditioning went out in our unit and the indoor temperature shot up. Luckily, there was a place to put us for the night so we traipsed several buildings over in our pajamas and went to sleep. Packing the next morning was brutal with no A/C so we wore bathing suits to get the job done. And will we go back? Absolutely. Even mechanical failure cannot keep us away.

The unit was in need of an upgrade in the kitchen and bathroom. The furnishings were adaquite for the price and the view was great. Close to restaurant and amenities. Very quite!

Our unit was very outdated...cabinets in very bad no ice cube trays or ice, only 2 hangers. For the price charged, we would expect a unit in better overall condition. We love coming to Palm Island and hope next time we'll have a better unit.
