In this unit, refrigerator would not stay shut, bar on frig door kept falling off,ice maker didn't work, oven and microwave very outdated and did not cook to correct temp. Very low water pressure in unit. Toilets barely flushed. Called maintenance but they never came or if they did, never fixed the problem. Very disappointed in the quality of this u it. Everywhere else was fabulous! Will not stay at this unit again! Needs lots of work and feels very crowded.

This is my 3rd visit. We love the complex, staff, location, etc. Unfortunately our unit was not good. I filled out a comment card. Many plumbing problems in the kitchen and guest bathroom. Badly (unsafe) rusted patio table. Would never rent this unit again. Was glad this was not my first stay - other units we've been wonderful.

Loved this place my only complaint is they need to cut the grass and make a more clear path to the beach maybe even exten boardwalk if possible other wise loved it and would defiantly come back and recommend it!

We live locally and booked a 2BR villa and slip for a week of family relaxation. Despite an unusually rainy week, our 11-yo and 8-yo boys had a great time. Beach, pool, and a room of their own with a TV and DVD player! We grilled regularly, also enjoyed the kid's menu at Rum Bay and ice cream at Coconuts. The weather only let us use our boat twice, but it was great. Only negative was that our particular unit was a little worn. It seemed that it may have been neglected but looked like recent efforts have been made to update it. I would prefer that more items be available in the store for those staying more than a few days and maybe add some baked goods like cookies & brownies, etc. to Coconuts. We'd go again but rent a different unit or maybe a cottage.

Tv in guest room did not work. Found a couple live roaches on the move. Phone did not work or lack of instructions to explain, upstairs unit could easily be heard moving around so noise level was surprisingly high at times.

Rumbay, all food was great except for grouper bites. Serving or quantity for price was not matched well. Chicken finger for kids was heavy breaded and small portions of chicken inside. Eveything else we had was wonderful. When we left we wanted to pick up something at the store and it was closed. Idea. Let restaurant guest know store and coconuts closes at a certain time and consider keeping them open a bit longer.

Will be back soon.

Wonderful Staff! All were very helpful, especially the Bellman Staff who helped us many times during our week stay.

The Gas Grills that were made available for us were brand new and worked great. That was a very nice additional benefit that was a surprise to us.

We met a few owners of some condos and they were all very nice and helpful with Island information.

Overall a great experience!
