After arriving by boat, what a wonderful place to come home. It was bright, cheerful, and super clean. I would recommend this particular condo to anyone.

We always enjoy staying at Harbour Town. In fact we had much rather stay here than on Palm Island. We use to stay on the Island but for the past 2 years we have stayed on the mainland. It is a much better view here and so much more convenient. The restaurant is next door and other restaurants close by and the grocery store near by and to top that off we were pleased with the price this time, very affordable. We had a great time and hope to come back as soon as we can.
We were very pleased with our stay in this condo! The views of the marina and intracoastal are spectacular from the living area and the bedroom. It was nicely decorated and everything was well maintained. The staff were very accommodating during reservations, check in and during our stay. We spent one day over on the island and received great hospitality over there as well. We will definitely make a return visit to that condo.
We always enjoy staying at Harbor Town. We like it better than staying on Palm Island because it is so much more convenient and has a better view and you don't have to get on the barge to go across. We enjoy watching the boats coming in and out. We will be back when we get the chance. Linda & Mike Lawrence
We had specifically asked for the end unit overlooking the marina and ICW. the one we got initially was on the complete other end overlooking the parking lot. However, the woman in the office got it straightened out.
Only problem was finding the actual condo--a sign identifying the buildings out front, would help Otherwise VERY friendly people
It was a very enjoyable stay we loved it cant wait to come back.

Harbour Villa was difficult to find. Staff members sent us to the island resort. Staff there could not provide directions. By the time we found our 'villa', there was lightning and it was pouring rain.
My son found Palm Island Resort on his PC when I was looking for a nice place to stay that was safe and clean to visit my mother who was in the hospital in Englewood. She was very sick and might be near death. Palm Island personnel were so nice and accommodating to me. They gave me a wonderful price for a two night stay. I felt refreshed and peaceful when I returned to the villas after a stressful day at the hospital. It was clean and bright and the view was fantastic. Beautiful sunsets from the screened in patio. I had full access to the resort Island and to the pool. I am planning on returning there again whenever I go there to visit my relatives. I loved it!
Our family stayed here a few years ago when we brought the boat over. Loved it!
