  It seems that everytime I stay in the Harbortown Condo's I end up with one that has very outdated and uncomfortable furniture. Having toured many of the others it must just be rotten luck. The units are very clean however and this will in no way, preclude me from staying there again.

  Trip was a real disappointment. Location was terrible, travel to island was very confusing. Noise with the boats in the AM terrible. We left there and went to Sanibel and it was delightful

  Palm Island Mainland Marina Villas are not the place to stay

  Palm Island itself may be fine, but don't stay in the Marina Villas. You are definitely a second-class citizen there, and the transportation to the island is difficult and expensive.
